5.2 Open Issues
This release of DVX-1000 has the following open issues.
Establishment of voice path in remote office connections takes around 8 secs.
When a roaming user dials the auto attendant number and is transferred to a
local extension, without being put on hold, media flows only one way.
Provisioning: Provisioning server doesn’t send configuration when more than 5
users are configured for a device.
User’s greeting is not saved if the user disconnects the call without selecting the
‘save’ option
Voicemail: If a message is forwarded to the same user more than once without
forwarding note, the message gets forwarded only once.
If a voicemail is forwarded over multiple hops and gets forwarded back to the
original recipient, the mail will have to be deleted twice for it to be deleted from
the mailbox.
Call transfer with some devices fail; please refer the system test report for
further information.
Conference reports will be deleted when the conference is deleted.
If system time, IP or RTP ports are changed, the conference server may restart
to incorporate the change into its running configuration. Due to this, the status of
the participants may not reflect correctly on the web interface for a few minutes.
If system IP is changed during a conference, DVX-1000 makes its best effort to
terminate all calls gracefully. Due to lack of support of certain features, such as
responding with an ICMP error, on some legacy devices, this may become
impossible. In such cases, the conference will have to be stopped manually for
the calls to be terminated from the DVX-1000.
Restore configuration does not restart all active conferences automatically.
