User Management
To Edit a user, click on the pencil icon.
To Delete a user, click on the trash icon.
To Create a user, click on Create a New User +.
Click on the Users link, next to the Save button, to access the User List. You
can manage user accounts on this list, and set user access privileges for
SharePort Web Access.
Username:
Password:
Permissions:
Folder:
Enter a Username for the new user.
Enter a Password for the new user.
Select Read Only or Read/Write privileges from the
drop-down list.
Click Browse to select a folder that you want this user to
access. You can browse to subdirectories by clicking on
the right-facing arrow.
Click on the folder name to add it. Then, click Append.
If you wish to add multiple subdirectories, repeat the
steps above.
Click Save to store your settings.
